The new paper cup production machine is a fully automatic paper cup forming machine that produces stable paper cups of various specifications via three times of automatic paper feeding, a paper back device (to ensure accurate positioning), ultrasonic welding, manipulator paper tube transfer, oil filling, bottom filling, preheating, knurling, unloading cup, and other continuous processes. Each paper cup machine is outfitted with a mini computer known as a PLC touch screen, which controls all machine production parameters based on specific data input and orders, and automatically adjusts the feeding speed of paper when abnormal paper roll conditions are encountered.
